​A defining moment in my journey occurred during my time as an agent under the leadership of Larry Kendall at The Group in Fort Collins, CO. Experiencing firsthand the profound impact of Ninja, I hold an unwavering belief in its transformative potential. My commitment shines through in my successful completion of Ninja installation for agents and my graduation from Ninja Leadership. I passionately share how Ninja has not only reshaped my professional path but has also deeply resonated with me on a personal level.
Throughout my career trajectory, I have actively pursued coaching certification courses. Notable among these are Mike Staver Certification, Coaching for Performance (Bronze) through Performance Consultants International, and the BBCS program through the NeuroLeadership Institute. My coaching methodology predominantly aligns with The Results Coaching approach, which defines coaching as “facilitating change by expanding thinking.”
